RCA 52in Projection TV P52731WK Can't Post
Allright im having problems. I was jsut given an RCA 52in. Projection TV. Its Model # is P52731WK. You can push power and the green light comes on for a breif second. Sometimes you it goes on and off for a time period. It really just depeneds. You can hear something emitting a frequency on and off in the back. I looked in the back and its somewhere on the left side. I am able to fix it but i just need to know what is the problem. I hope somebody can help me lol cause i got it for 30 bucks. Thanks,

that noise is it going into shutdown ck horz output transistor ,is mounted on heat sink in middle of main module

If it's a PTK 195 check the HOT if it's bad change the flyback too. If it's a CTC 169 Change the HOt and the little blue polyester cap and the diode right next to it. That should fix your problem. the diode is an RCA 164589, the cap is ???049.
