RCA 52in high pitch sound (problem)	Can't Post

I have a 52in RCA rear projection tv that I bought a few months ago. Model number D52W19. The tv works great except for the fact that when I turn it on everytime it makes a high pitched noise for the first 2 to 3 minutes it is on. After that the tv is fine. This never happened the first few weeks I have had the tv. Any ideas on what it could be? Tv was purchased new and under warranty. But if this something I can take care of on my own then I rather would.

If it's under Factory warrenty don't mess with it. Let a factory trained repair man check into it. If you do it, it could void the remainder of your factory warrenty and any other aftermarket warrenties that you may have purchased.

It's probably nothing more than a noisy choke or coil, but let a qualified technician look at it.
