THIS TV HAS A RASTER AND PROGRAM MENU THAT DOSNT WORK,NO AUDIO AND PULLING DOWN AT THE TOP.ANY IDEAS APRIECCIATED. BRYAN Laugh

sounds like you may have more than one problem do you have any kind of picture at all.need just a little more info

no,the raster has no picture at all.but you can read the program setup.BRYAN

try auto program on menu with antenna attached if it does not find a station the tuner is probably bad. Before you blame the tuner check all voltages on tuner pins.If you have the right voltages on pins tuner is probably bad.I replaced a lot of tuners in this chassi in the last 10 years.another possability is U3200 repost and let me know what you find.

thank you rob for your help.i tried everything you told me and still didnt work.cant getthe eeprom anymore . so i gave up and threw it out.
