RCA CTC-140BB INTERMITTENT SHUTDOWN Can't Post

Have 25" RCA CTC-140BB (model GPR2639P-2) that randomly shuts itself down then back on (within two seconds and no relay clicking). I'm thinking maybe a IK over voltage protection shutdown? The time the set is left turned on does not make any difference. The set may go days and not do this off/on cycle, and at times, it can do it 4 times in a hour. Could high line voltage be triggering the shutdown circuit? I always thought they shifted the horizontal frequency when high voltage climbed too high. Maybe that was only in older sets. Any thoughts on what to check first?

There is a small upright PCB on the right side of the chassis near the smps transformer. This board has diodes on it and if I remember correctly, you have to resolder this board and check for any leaky diodes. I also remember doing a lot of soldering on this chassis.
