RCA CTC179CJ No Sound Can't Post

I've been working on a CTC179CJ, PS35130 trying to figure this out. There is no sound from the internal speakers or when external speakers are hooked up and switched on. The headphones work fine. This unit appears to have 2 separate amplifiers for speakers/headphones. Any help? Thanks!

It is quite possible that there is a separate power amplifier for the speakers.
The problem could be this amp, the audio driver to this amp, or a power supply problem.

What are the part numbers for these amps?

I don't have the part numbers with me, but I have replaced both amps in the unit (headphone and speaker) They both have the same voltages going to them and the headphones work when you plug into them. I've also replaced the audio source switching IC for the speaker amp.

You might try and reset the eeprom with chipper checker, or write down the data and replace eeprom if you don't have a chip check.
