RCA CTC 203AD vert deflection	Can't Post

RCA ctc203AD 27". No vert deflection. Screen is cut in the middle, have half the screen from middle down. I changed the vert deflection IC, and no change, I have no schematic. Anyone else have this problem? whats the voltage on the emitter? thakns for any help.

Replace capacitors C14502 and C14505. You might also want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for this set with a little effort on your part.

Check the + and - voltages to the Ic. You may have a shorted diode or an open resistor from the flyback to the vertical Ic.
