Greetings:
I have a RCA : F32674SB Chassi : CTC197CA that recently has been having an issue. It seems that when I power it up, the picture starts creeping up anywhere from a half inch to two inches forming a black horizontal line line on the bottom of my picture. I have read posts where they recommended touching up solder points but where should I look?
