My television suddenly (between uses) became blurry, as shown in the picture (both blurry and with those running lines). It is a RCA LED46C45RQ 46" 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV.

I have tried unplugging it (12 hours) and replugging it in, as well as resetting all settings. I have validated that it happens with all inputs, so it is a television problem.

Any assistance on what the likely problem is, and whether that's an easy / inexpensive fix or means I should replace the tv will be very helpful!
