RCA Model #P46733AT Problem (On-Off-On-Off)

I have a RCA Model #P46733AT, Chassis #PTK178LA that when you turn it on the LED Power Light comes on
then it clicks off. Seems like it not getting enough current somewhere or something. I thought I would
clean the unit real good, but that didn't help. Checked the power supply board out thinking it might
be a dried up capaciator, but all the parts on the board checked out okay. Does anybody have any
ideas I could check out? I really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!
