RCA XL-100 Model GLR648P Screen has waves

Hello,
I Have a 1985 XL-100 CRT that has slow moving waves going upwards. Its almost like if you were looking through a magnifying glass, moving from the bottom of the screen to the top. It distorts the picture image and its constant. The picture also does not fit the entire screen.
The sound works with no issues.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
