RCA F31672ETFM3 Can't Post
The Picture is bowed in at the sides. It was fine and then when channel was changed it did this. I have looked for some type of horizontal or vertical adjustment on the back of the set but there is none.

What could be the problem?

You have a CTC187 chassis. Check the Pin Out transistor, if ok replace the pin driver IC. This model also is notorious for bad tuner grounds, which can cause EEPROM problems.
