RCA colortrak image is falling off right edge Can't Post

Im building an arcade game and im using those online handheld classic arcade controlers. I bought an older 19" RCA colortrak tv made in 1989 from an older couple off craigs list. I checked it out before i removed the board and tube from the plastic cabnet and everything was good.
Now that the cabnet is finished ive put everything into the cabnet and the image isnt squared up on the tube. Its stretched and falling off the right edge.

Somthing must of happened to it while it was sitting or its the angle its sitting in?
I made a cocktail type cabnet so the tube is facing up the neck of the tube is down inside the canbet near the board and speakers. The color was off at first so i took the speakers out that clearerd it up. I moved the board so all the high voltage lines are away from the tube neck but that didnt help. There are control pots on the back of the unit but they control "screen" and "focus" The others control color tint and brightness.
I took some images of inside the case of the board if it helps?
What could be causing the stretched screen and it to be far to the right causing it to hang off the edge?

When i was taking the tube and board from the plastic case this part fell off. Do you know what it is?

Its the little round disk to the right of the degauss plug. I think i knocked it off pullign the plug out. I tried to solder it back in but im not sure if its working. I think its a thermacouple or somthing for the degauss coil?

WHen i put heat to it, it cracked in half. I then super glued it back together and THEN soldered it back in.
My question is would this stretch the screen? I unhooked the degause coil and it didnt seem to change at all.
The screen is sttretched about 1-2" giving the video image a poor look.
Im starting to wonder if it isnt the tv, i think some of the older tvs were picky about composite inputs. I swear i checked it before i took the tv apart and it all looked fine. I didnt notice a stretched image or anything abnormal then the other tv i hooked it to.

no it won't it will make color spots on screen if not working super glue is not a good idea as it could catch on fire because this part gets quite hot

What else could case the stretched screen? Why isnt there an adjustment to control this? There is one to stretch it top to bottom but not side to side. Or im missing it?
How far does the main board need to be from the back of the tube? right now its just a few inches away.
Also i have moved the degouse coil around a little when i put the tube in it pushed around a little

If i have the H and V yoke in the wrong place what will that do? I think they say H and V or H and Y but they are similar plugs.
I thought maybe that part wasnt letting the degouse coil shutoff and it was partoly on causing the screen to stretch but i unplugged it and its still doing the same.
Dont they use little magnets on tubes that have defects? they stick them to the tube to bend or distort the image if it has a manufacture flaw? maybe ive knocked that off?
