RCA projection screen TV WILL NOT POWER UP?

 HI ; Looking for help or advice on finding the problem with my RCA TV unit, Model # P60752eb.
The TV will not power up! When I use the remote to turn the TV on and off I hear a silent clicking sound from around the power source cabel area. I done a little research and and found that the HV splitter and flyback transformer are common problems with this unit. Could someone help me locate these devices in the TV and decribe any testing procedures that would either eliminate or confirm the proper operation of these divices.
