RCA tv keeps shuting off Can't Post

I have a RCA tv model # 27v530t and a couple days ago I was watching tv when it started getting lines across it like interference then the whole screen went white with snow and then the tv shut off. Now every time I turn it on the power light comes on for 10 seconds then the tv shuts back off, in the 10 seconds the power light is on the screen is completely black. If anyone can give me any suggestions on what might be wrong I would appreciate it very much.

You have probably fallen victim to the infamous RCA flyback failure which usually wipes out the HOT as well. Only a shop with proper test equipment can say for sure but cost of repairs for this failure in this area will run you somewhere close to the cost a new set . You might want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for this set with a little effort on your part.
