Radio Shack 21' Model: 16-256 - RF tuner Problem...help please

Hello,
I have a radio shack 21' TV. After replacing a fuse and diode, i have found out that the tuner is a bit off. On Channel 4 it is black and white, and also fuzzy. This goes for all channels, but this it with my cable box running to channel 4 (the cable box is fine). Is there an adjustment i can do? The Auto Tuner function does not help. Is there a manual tuning i can do? That is all that seems to be wrong with it. Any help is much apreciated. Thanks
