Why Did All LED's Fail? Can't Post

I just finished replacing all 12 LED strips on my 2-year old Vizio E470i-AO. I also turned down the backlight level so hopefully they will last longer. Every single LED bulb on every strip was black (burnt out). This total failure happened from one event. No picture one morning; did flashlight test, etc. made repair. Does anyone know what can make all LEDs fail at once? There was nothing else wrong with any other components. Scratching my head over this!

Hey it's

The firmware on my Vizio updates automatically when connected to internet. How does that relate to led's burning out?
