Short circuit on Philips 42PFL7433D TV power board while measuring voltage Can't Post

I accidentally shorted the positive terminal to one of the ground terminals on the power board while measuring the input voltage to the main board on a Philips 42PFL7433D TV set. Frown After that, whenever I power it up without the main board connected i get 3.36V at the input but when i disconnect from power, connect the main board and power the TV up again, the voltage drops to 0.05V. I know some component on the power board has died but which one? Everything is visually intact, any ideas? I can apply photos of the main and power boards if necessary. Any help will be appreciated!
