Sharp LC-70LE650U vertical lines	Can't Post

This TV originally had a dark screen with extremely slow refresh. After reading around, I found that the problem happens when one side of the lcd drivers go bad.. I cut off the driver tabs on one side and the screen came back bright and normal but a portion on the right side is experiencing vertical lines. Is this possibly the tcon board?

I was messing with the tv again this evening and found that pressing down on the ribbon cable connector on the tcon board would make the vertical bars change colors and occasionally would get a clear picture. I thought maybe the ribbon cable might be bad, so I swapped the right and left but still no change other then when I pushed down the connector itself. Ordered a new tcon board.

Tcon board replaced. Picture is now clear.
