Polaroid FLM-3232 no power "picture inside" Can't Post

The TV has no power at all, the red stand by light doesnt even come on when plugged in. I am getting power to the power supply, but I dont know how to completely test the power supply, can someone assist me? I hear a bad control board can stop power as well. Here is a picture I took of the board.

Look closely at the power supply board and you will see 2 capacitors (1000-mfd@ 10 volts) and they will be puffed up on the ends. Replace with (1000mfd@25volts) and your problem is solved.

That is not the correct board! They will be on another board. Keep looking as they are there because I have repaired 5 of these sets!Good luck!

Fuse? Which fuse, the only fuse i saw, was the one thats in a small compartment by where the cord plugs into the back of the tv. I think the tvs you worked on were different model, there, are about 3 revisions.

There may be more then a few, you can tell by the 4th and 5th characters of the serial number. for example the 4th and 5th of mines are 00, some are C1 and A6, these all use different power boards. The one u worked on might have been a C1 through C6 or an A6. You said that the picture i posted was not the power board, when in fact it is. Heres a link to the C1's board http://cgi.ebay.com/...ksid=p3286.m20.l1116
As you can see its also an FLM-3232, but not the same board because its for a different revision or "model version" if you will. So, the capacitors you found bad on that tv, probably was not the same version as mines.
If anybody can assist me, it would be very appreciated.

It will still be a capacitor problem as this is a Chinese knockoff!

China is FLOODING the world with sorry products! These people take well known brands and turn them into something else! It is BUYER BEWARE TIME! Look on the back of your set and see where it is made and I don't have to chuckle!

Ofcourse its made in china, as are all of the polaroids, there made mostly by XOCECO, but how does that make it a knockoff tv? Most electronics today are made in china. Some Sony's are made in China. I still dont understand what where its made has to do with assistance on solving the problem though. I guess since this set is not a Samsung from Japan, you want to knock it since you have no explanation to the problem. Except that, the board pictured isnt the power board, right? You want me to look for the other Power board and there will be capacitors leaking, correct?

Hey guys, I think I know where is the problem.
The big brown capacitor located in the right corner of the picture. The TV I have has this capacitor buzzing all the time, and is sensitive to the light (light it with a mini flashlight and it will stop buzzing).
I will try to fix it next week, but let me know if you have done something similar.

Hey guys, same problem here.......did anyone try replacing the big 450V 150UF capacitor???? All the other capacitors seems to be fine.

Take a lot at my board:
