Red pixels on TV

Hi TV Forums,
This is my first post.
I recently undertook a house move and It was a nightmare!
I did my best to look after my TV but my LG (I think UK6300) 65 inch appears to have been knocked. There are red pixels that are only visible during dark or black scenes. I can't see it during most of watching TV, it's mainly films that have black around the edges. I have put a picture on IMGUR below which shows what it looks like. It looks quite obvious in this picture. I am assuming I can't do anything but if there is any magical fix please let me know.
