I have a Magnovox 27" TV, model RS2756. When the picture from a DVD or TV show is dark such as a scene from Batman or low lighting for mood, color bars will bend from the left to the center, distorting the picture but will return to normal when there is a brighter scene. I have been told this may be the regulator? Any idea how this can be fixed?
