SAMSUNG UN75NU6900FXZA: Bad Main Board, Panel, or Power supply?

So after using the Television for 3years in the same spot we moved and after 1 week in the new place, and while watching it, the screen went grey. I could still hear audio at that time. Then seconds later, the screen went black but again I could still hear audio. I unplugged the TV but when I tried to turn it back on, nothing worked. I get flashing light on the screen but it's non-responsive beyond that.

In my mind there are three different things that could be wrong.
1) The Main Board is bad. (Replace with BN94-13802A)
2) The Panel is bad. (Trash if so)
3) The Power Supply is Partially Defective or not sending voltage on all rails. (Can Check with a Multi-Meter)

None of the electronics show any shorting or damage but I'm not the best at seeing things on small PCBs these days.
