SONY Trintron KV-35S66 not turning on - stuck on standby

Hi!
Got this TV a few weeks back to perform an RGB SCART mod in the set and it's been working great over the past week or so.
Took the board out today to inspect a wire and it's connection (Green was a little dim so I figured it was a connection issue)
Put everything back together per the norm but, I accidentally missed a wire from the neck board. (Woops didn't do a third pass)
Tried to power the TV on and it wouldn't turn on, rather, it stayed on an infinite standby.
Checked the codes,
Infinite blinking (standby) is not a standard error code.
I am at a loss.
Here is what I did to troubleshoot:
connected the missing wire
re-tested. Same results
inspected the board for caps that looked damaged (none)
checked the connections once more (same results)
I think it has something to do with the PSU but it looked fine and it's definitely getting power.
Any ideas?
