Hello, I have a samsung LCD 40 inch tv which has recently had 2 black lines on the bottom of the screen which are horizontal across the screen. Sometimes when the tv is switched on I get them all the way down the screen and a freeze frame of the picture appears but then the tv show carries on behind the freeze frame.

I hope someone can help. Thanks

Do you still have sound? Are they small lines, or wide lines? Do they go away after tv on for long time?
I will need a model number?

They are thin lines the ones that stay are at the bottom and there is 3 of them. They seem to be quite intermittent. When the tv is first turned on they are there but then they will go after 30 mins but come back again within 15 mins. Sometimes they are really bold and easy to see but other times they are very light. Yea I still get sound, apart from these lines the tv is perfect. Model no is : LE40C750R2KXXU

Your talking about 3 pixel lines going across bottom of screen?

Yea it's 3 lines that block out a whole row horizontally of pixels. Thanks

Watch this video. He mentions thin horizontal line which is your problem. There are better vidoes on how you can try and repair these lines you have. (Broken Connection on LCD Display Panel)Try the cold spray.
