Samsung 42" Plasma - No Picture

Hi all, I have a problem with my Samsung 42" Plasma - PS-42C7HD. This evening the picture went all pinky green then the picture disappeared!!
It seems to switch on fine and I can hear the TV but the picture is dead!! Have tried antenna input, HDMI input and component input but no pic. It flashed up briefly for a split second 10 mins after it happened then has vanished since 
Can anyone point me in the direction of whats gone wrong?
