Samsung 49 Curved with vertical line problem

Model UN49MU6500 Single thin vertical line just right of center of screen. Model is a two(2) board unit, PS and processor. Tab connection have been checked both at screen and processor (no effect).
So its either the processor or screen. Anyone have hints on how to determine if screen is bad? When the board count goes down, the cost per board goes up.
