Samsung 50" plasma has single solid horizontal black line

My Samsung 50" plasma wouldn't turn on. I replaced the power supply. Now it turns on but I had a solid black horizontal line. I replaced the y sustain and y buffer board. Still have the same problem. I am thinking all that would be left is a bad cable that runs from the buffer board to the screen which cannot be replaced. Any advice or suggestions would be amazing. Thanks so much.
