So basically what you're telling me is that I will need to purchase a new part for the TV to get it fixed? Have you seen this problem with another television before? Since i don't know anything about TVs and i didn't see any kind of description on the website you gave me the link for, what exactly is this part for?

I am still looking for possible ways to fix this TV without paid professional help or purchase, but if that is not possible, then please let me know that i am wasting my time.

Finally decided to Google information about convergence and now i have a pretty good idea of what it is. Now i'm certain it's a problem with the convergence like you said richpart.

Pretty much figured i would not be able to fix this for free, but it was worth a shot right?
I will need either an extra $300 bucks or my brothers help because he is good with this kind of stuff. Based off the information I've gathered from online i know NOT to attempt this without knowing what i'm doing (obviously) and i don't plan to.

I should soon have a new flat screen TV to watch all my favorite movies on, and maybe eventually some surround sound!
