Samsung HP-T4254 bad image

Hello, new to the forums and I have a Samsung HP-T4254 with an issue with I'm guessing the x-main or y-main board? Just trying to get a little more direction. Tried searching youtube and google for similar images of what I'm getting but nothing is really out there.
The TV stays powered on, it doesn't reset and the horizontal bar is on all the inputs. One thing I have found is a picture is worth a thousand words, so I've attached a couple.
I want to try and disconnect the ribbon cables from the x main board and power on the tv to see if that gives me any direction of the issue, but I don't know if that will prevent the TV from powering on at all.
I got this TV for free and would like to see if I can get it running without too much of an investment.
