Samsung LCD ISSue Can't Post

Hi
I have a Samsung UE40ES7000 LCD TV that has developed a strange issue. After a few minutes of turning it on the screen corrupts and go's multi coloured. the picture is not visible at all and it is full screen corruption on all inputs and on menu screens. You can see a video on the link below that show the issue after 30 seconds or so.

We had the issue before and it seemed to happen if we had left the TV off off, but plugged in, for a prolonged period of time (a few days). We found that unplugging it for a few hours would stop it happening but now that is not working either.

I suspect the video board as it is all inputs but if anyone has any ideas on what to check first I would really appreciate it.

Thanks
Joe

Check this
After viewing for some time (30min – 4Hours) the sound and picture go off and the set reboots
Before the set shuts down there may be either: vertical lines, a blank screen or a green screen.

Poor connection on the B5V rail on CNM803 on the power supply board, causing heating of the pins.
