Samsung LCD Verticle Lines Can't Post

Hello All. New to the forum. I have a 4K 55" Samsung UN55JU650DF. I needed to replace a light fixture in my family room where the TV is located. I turned off the power at the breaker box only to discover the TV not working after the breaker was turned back on. The TV was off but not unplugged when I first turned off and later turned on the power the breaker switch.

The TV display is bluish with blue vertical lines on part of the screen. If you try to change source via the remote you can see a single blue horizontal lines at the top of the screen corresponding to the source input of the screen. There is some ghosting of the source images as well. Sound works 100%.
I replaced the TCon board only to get a darker screen with colored vertical line, No more ghosting of the source image. Sound stills works. I replaced the power board as well and nothing changed.

What can be the problem. Did I get a bad TCon board? Mainboard? The LCD panel itself? I don't want to keep dumping money and parts into this TV for no reason. All help will be appreciated.

Thanks
BB
