Samsung LED TV hit by storm power surge Can't Post

Power surge shut down my cousin's Samsung UN46C6300SFXZA LED TV. Nothing visibly blown on on power board (no fuses blown, no bulging caps, no carbon or burns on front or back of board), checked components with DMM & oscilloscope's curve tracer and all seems fine. Except standby light is on, with 5v present but no other voltages at connector points (from list). Tried jumping 5VSTBY pin with Power ON/OFF pin and still no other voltages present. Does power board get a return voltage from main to turn on TV via 5V detector circuit? Doesn't seem logical that main board could be damaged before the power board, but I'm new to digital TV troubleshooting. Thanks for any and all tips.Smile

"Power ON/OFF pin" IS the power supply turn on voltage coming from the Main board.

5VSTBY powers the Main board. The main board receives a command from the keypad or remote, The Main board wakes up and puts out PSON.
