Samsung LN-T4665F Screen Problem	Can't Post

I got this TV for free because after this happened, the owner got a new one. It's been sitting in my place for a couple of months so I figured I should either see if it can be fixed for cheap or free or take it apart for fun. Anyway, here is a picture of the problem. Thanks in advance for any advice or expertise you guys can give.

Probably a bad panel. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then tap the upper right corner of the TV and the problem should go away........That is, until the next time you turn it on.
