Samsung LN46C630 46 Inch High Def TV Thin black vertical line left side Can't Post

Had this 46 inch High Def Samsung TV forever. I know I could likely buy one for less than fixing it but I am a tech and just would be nice to fix it and not throw out. I am just trying to find out what the likelyhood of the Display being bad vs T-Comm Card that feeds it with the 3 ribbons before I waste my money. Yesterday I re-seated and cleaned all the ribbons with contact cleaner and no change. I also with the TV on, tried pressing on the tabs on the side of the display with pressure and also the ribbons on the card that feeds the monitor. Was looking for a loose connection. What are the odds it is the part where the ribbons join the TV vs the T-Comm Card I think it is called. to produce a vertical very thin black line. Seems like one of the pins ain't making connection. TV is a LN46C630. To replace the display would not be worth it. My challenge is I have no parts. How could i see if the left side of the display is in deed good? Need a T-Comm card for that? THX guys. <br>
