Samsung Mini TV wont turn on Can't Post
Hi, I got a mini Samsung TV 8inch which is rarely used, I got it for around 3 years.
I noticed that the TV has stopped working one day - not lighting up its blue LED that used to flash and won't turn on.
I tried different power cable and power socket but no results.
So I guess the problem is with the power supply.
I opened it and got the power supply PCB out, its model is pwi1902st
Nothing seems blown up on the power supply However,I tried to connect it to the socket and measure voltage with multimeter and it didn't show any voltage.

So would this indicate that the problem is indeed the power supply or is there another way to make sure?
If it is the power supply should I order online for a new one?

The two fuses should read 0 ohms. Then C101 had better have raw B-Plus across it, even when ONLY the mains cord is plugged in.

Without the 9 pin connector connected you (instead of the Main Board) will have to provide power supply / inverter board with its turn on - off command.

I have only seen one fuse where would be another one?
And could you explain yourself better?

Undoubtedly, since you say your set is a 'Samsung Mini TV,' there will be a barcode sticker on the IP board (Inverter/Power Supply) that contains a 'BN44' type number?

F101 & F201 are on the top side of the board.
