I am not sure where I bought this, possible Costco item.

I watched youtube videos that said to pull the cable between the power supply and main logic board, the backlit should come on. It does come on for a few seconds then goes off. I am under the impression that the backlit should stay on indefinitely?
The TV works intermittently. The sceen is flashing on and off every few seconds.
Would you suggest the power supply board is bad? Thanks!
