Samsung PN50A400 - E Buffer Board

I bought a used Samsung PN50A400 and it has a 1" vertical black line on the screen, upon reading the service manual, they said probably the E Buffer Board needs to be replaced. So I bought one and little did I know, the bottom of this board has 8 sets of ribbon cable (soldered ?) to it and the other ends goes to the plasma display. Any idea how to change them?
