Samsung Plasma 3 Color Horizontal Lines

My 60" Samsung Plasma TV (PN60E8000) recently went out. It started shutting off and restarting while watching then ultimately not turning on, just clicking followed by flashing red light.
Since then I have had the power supply board repaired. TV still didn't turn on. Had the Y-SUS board replaced.
Now the TV turns on, but there are three wide color horizontal lines going across the TV.
