Samsung TV - Power Issues Can't Post

Had issues with my TV that started a few weeks back - TV works fine but after some time (seems to vary, but leaving the TV unplugged seems to help) it will begin to power cycle. Turn off and immediately turn back on. Usually it will flip right back on but sometimes it will just continue to cycle. No blown capacitors than I can tell, only thing to note would be a sizzle sound coming from the power supply (couldn't honestly say if that was normal or new though).

No visibly blown capacitors that I can tell, someone mentioned it may be the transformer connection, pictures below:
