Samsung UA40ES7500 psychedelic display	Can't Post

Hi Community,

My 3 years old Samsung UA40ES7500 is giving me psychedelic display when turned on, like this :

The issue is the same on all 3 HDMI inputs, with various sources. The sound works.

I don't see the Menu when pressing the Menu button.

What could be defective on the TV ?
What are my options ?

I don't see blown condensators on the power board.

Clean & reseat tcon ribbon cables, likely bad tcon board or panel itself.
