Samsung UE32D5520 Mainboard replace with UE40D5520 Mainboard

I haev a Samsung UE32D5520 Smart TV with a faulty Mainboard (Failed firmware upgrade) the part number on the board is BN94-0506A I have tried to get a new replacement board and Samsung have advised the part has been replaced with a new code of BN94-04465Q.
Both of these parts are no longer available new and I cannot find one 2nd hand in the UK, however I have found a mainboard available for the UE40D5520 (40inch Model) this has a part number of BN94-05225C. Looking at the mainboard picture it appears identical to my mainboard so would this be a straight swap between the 2 TV's or would I encounter some issues.
