Hi, I have a Samsung TV that doesn't turn on. It keeps clicking, which I assume is the relay. I've tried ways I found from google, but they didn't work (resoldering, resetting, checked the capacitors etc). Also every thread I found was for a blinking standby light, but mine doesn't blink. I'm running out of ideas by now, and I don't want to throw the tv away so any ideas?

Users manual description of the two states of the 'power indicator' light.

"Power Indicator
Blinks and turns off when the power is on and lights up in standby mode."

"It keeps clicking" can have many options (just a couple of possibilities - each of which can have variants):
Keeps clicking from when mains is connected until mains is removed;
Clicks once in response to the power button being pressed.

The tv starts clicking as soon as its connected to the mains and clicks few times after disconnected.
