Samsung UE46D7000 Switching on & off

My 10 year old Samsung UE46D7000 is switching on & off rapidly - in about 1 second cycles. Not enough time to see the screen turn back on. It was doing this at about 5 hour intervals before, so has just got worse.
On opening the back panel I can't see any capacitors (?) blown, but as it's my first time looking at this I'm not familiar with repairs. I can use a soldering iron if needed.
Any ideas what this could be? Please see the photos below.
