Samsung UE65JS9000 2160p 4k issue

Hi, this TV is fully functional apart from its not broadcasting 2160p availability over any of the HDMI ports. The highest resolution it will allow is 1080p
Does anyone know where resolution switching and broadcast is handled? Main board or One connect?
