Samsung UE65 KU6680 picture jump

When 1st fired up no issue, but after about 10 minutes the picture develops a regular vertical jump, at approx 5 second intervals. The image jumps up maybe 15MM. The picture when 1st on is great, clear and sharp, but also starts to ghost. Now, I am "assuming" the power board, screen and back lights are ok. Does this point to the main board ?.
