Samsung UN46D6420UF LED with Lines on screen

Hello,
I am hoping someone can give me some ideas on what to do next. Need help figuring out what is wrong with this TV.
Model: Samsung UN46D6420UF
Problem: Screen is white with several darker horizontal lines on the screen. No specific pattern, the lines are always there, and I cannot get an OSD menu to come up on the screen.
What have I tried so far?
-Replacing the TCON board.
-Replacing the main board.
-Replacing the LVD cable.
According to the customer the last time the TV turned on, it ran fine for about a minute and then started doing this. The TV has not been damaged physically in any way. I also noticed the power board is making a small humming/electrical squeal sound. I don't know if thats normal.
Any insights?
