Samsung UN50FH5303 No power on

I have an" intermittend no power on " on my 50" samsung LED tv.
When i disconnect the cable that goes from POWER SUPPLY to Control board, the backlight will go on. So i can conclude that my 5V is present.
After a while.....the tv can be turned on again.

I hope you can help me with this issue.
