Samsung UN75RU7100fxza - fixed by tape on data cable but now horizontal lines

Hi all,
I have a 3 year old Samsung 75 inch Un75ru7100fxza (Version - FA01). Last week, It won't turn on. When I looked into it, it was in restart loop with 2 blinking red lights and it was trying to restart. I searched over internet and took back panel off. I took off the cable from power supply board to main board, and back panel lights came on and stayed on.
I took off the data cables and it would let the TV turn on but no picture or menu.
I tried to cover main board data cables one by one. And on the lower one, I was able to find #16 strip from top, which when covered, let the TV power on and run. I was able to see picture and hear audio. But it caused multiple evenly spaced horizontal lines across all the screen. The lines are very fine about 1/3rd of inch apart.
What would be next steps to diagnose further and repair?
