Samsung Ua46f7100 vertical line issue

Hi all,
Have a Samsung Ua46f7100 led screen that has got 4-5 vertical lines on the left hand side of the screen. They are not solid lines, every second pixel is affected. There is a solid black line towards the end. Also under testing the lines come up as different colours, one green, one red, one blue etc. Any ideas? Have changed the tcon board, check all cabling still no change. Is it an issue with the panel or perhaps the av board?
