Comes on with momentary high voltage then immediatly shuts down. Red panel light flashes.

A very common problem with these sets is a coil opens up (Part # on board j517) in center of chassis... j517 is actually a jumper but some of these chassis have a coil in this location. to repair just jump this coil with a piece of wire -- Dan
